SALES TERMS:
Prices include taxes: accommodation 10 %, food 14 % other 24 %. The amount of persons attending must be informed to the restaurant 14 days prior to the event.
We will charge the food services booked for the group in advance for the confirmed amount of persons. If there will be more people than informed in advance this will be charged after. The drinks will be charged according to consumtion, by botlle. The order can be also paid by card when leaving. The payment is due 7 days after the event.
When making arrangment for billing we will check out the creditworthy of the client. If the amount to be charged by invoice is less than 350 eur we will add a 7 euros handle fee to the invouce.
TERMS FOR CANCELLING :
Canselling the reservation for 10 – 50 persons groups and private parties.
• When cancellation is done 30 days prior to the reservation date, there will be no charge.
• When cancellation is done 29 – 14 days prior the reservation there will be a 50 % charge as cancellation fee according to the informed amount of persons.
• When cancellation is made later than 14 days prior the reservation date, client is chaged 100 % of the reserved services according to the informed number of persons.
Canselling the reservation for over 50 persons reservation for groups and private events
• When cancellation is done 59-30 days prior the reservation there will be a 50 % charge as cancellation fee according to the informed amount of persons.
• When cancellation is made later than 30 days prior the reservation date, client is chaged 100 % of the reserved services according to the informed number of persons.
Genaral terms for cancellations
• All the special arrangments that restaurant has done or booked for the client will be charge according to the reservation. For example: performing artists, special decorations, opening hours etc.
• If there is not menu chosen for the reservation due to late booking time, restaurant can charge the cost according to the cheapest menu on our list. (buffet or group menu)
• In case of cancellation drinks are charged if they were spesifically ordered for the reservation or made for it.
• Booking and cancellation terms can be arranged diffrently if it is ageed in advance with the client in the written confirmation.
It is not possible to transfer the reservation to another client without acceptance from Arts & Crafts Restaurants.
In case of force majeure that is unavoidable and not depending on the actions of Arts & Crafts Restaurants, Arts & Crafts Restaurants can cancell the reservation without any cost.
These cases are for example fire or water damage on the property, change of ownership) In these cases customer gets back any payment they have paid for the restaurant in advance. The Arts & Crafts Restaurants can also cancell the reservation if the client does not pay any advance payment that is in the agreement.
